Filing a Notice of Intent with the Mendon Conservation Commission and Massachusetts Department of Envirnomental Protection
With every NOI Filing, the following must be included for the Mendon Conservation Commission: · Two copies of the NOI Filing · Two sets of any plans · A check made out to the Town of Mendon in the amount specified for the project type per the Wetlands Filing Fee Calculation sheet. This will pay for the hearing notice that will be placed in the Milford Daily News. Payment will be required at the public hearing. The Con. Com. Admin. Clerk will notify the applicant of the amount once the ad has run in the newspaper. If the project is approved an Order of Conditions, which is like a permit, will be issued.
Orders of Condition shall be filed and registered at the Registry of Deeds in Worcester by the applicant. A copy of the registered Order must be given to the Conservation Commission.
